Muslim Leaders Launch Educational Program on the Prophet Muhammad

Muslim leaders from Detroit today launched a program to educate the public about the Prophet Muhammed. From the Detroit Free Press.

“When people of diverse backgrounds get to know each other on a human level as well as obtaining a basic understanding of others’ beliefs, the prospect of hatred is diminished and the seeds of coexistence and cooperation can grow,’’ Walid said inside the Muslim Center of Detroit. Behind him were a group of Muslim leaders from Dearborn, Detroit, Bloomfield Hills, Canton, and Dearborn Heights.
Muslims the world over celebrated the launching of the educational program and provided true-life testimonials to Muhammed and Islam by demonstrating their enlightened capacity for understanding, and their Godly pursuit of peace and cooperation:
