60 Days For Child Rape

From Michelle Malkin, a Vermont judge has meted out a 60 day sentence for a child rapist because he "no longer believes that punishment works."

This is a rapist who began molesting the girl at the age of 7 and continued to do so for four years.

How is justice served here? How do we protect the next 7 year old with this filth back on the street in 60 days?

Liberal jurisprudence strikes again. Lets hope this judge is in an elected position and that he isn't promoted to another post by the next liberal President.
