Detroit Stimulus Package

I know it is day-old news, but I was wondering if Kwame's $300 million stimulus package for Detroit might include one-way windows and sound proofing for the Manoogian Mansion. Holding parties in that drafty old barn is getting pretty darn expensive.

A little home improvement could perhaps save the city a cool $6.5 million over the remainder of Kilpatrick administration.
