The Bay City Times has a brief article on line today that laments Michigan still being behind in the installation portion of the solar energy craze.

Imagine that.

I was going to do a lengthy blog post on this but discovered that The Blogprof has already got it covered.

He asks:

I've asked this many times before in this blog, but shouldn't media writers that are assigned to technology issues have a simple modicum of competence in the field?

Why? Competence is not a requirement in the furtherance of a narrative.
